Qualifications to receive a Bursary


To qualify for a busary a student must have his or her place of permanent residence in Manitoba and also be one of the following:


  • be an ex-service member,
  • be a son, daughter or grandchild of an ex-service member or of a deceased ex-service member.

All questions must be answered fully or the application will NOT be considered. Applicant may apply for both Scholarship and Bursary Awards by fully completing both application forms.

Applications for bursaries and scholarships must be received at this address no later than 4:30 pm, July 31st:

When completing the form, please print clearly and complete all questions. All applications must include acceptance documentation to University/College.

All Information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared, nor sold, nor copied and will be properly destroyed when the committees decisions' are final.
